Process Model

The process of Overly’s Country Christmas begins with the executive director. The role of the executive director is to make sure everything is running smoothly and that all volunteers are staying on task. The process begins by the executive director creating the “Comment Cards” for that year. Once that is complete the executive director distributes the cards to the volunteers who pass the “Comment Cards” out at the gate. The customer then receives the cards at the gate. From here, the customer either choses to fill out the card or not. If the customers choses not to finish the card the process simply ends there with the customer leaving without the “Comment Card” filled out. On the other hand, if the customer does fill the card out a volunteer will go around at the end of the night and collect the cards. Once cards are collected the executive director will wait until the end of the season when all of the cards are collected and start to collect data from the cards. This data will then be put into a Master File in Excel and made into graph to show the director how things are trending. After this is complete the process will be completed.
